Most courses are held in Italian.
No registration fee for courses is due. No particular skills are usually requested to attend courses. Generally the exams consist of an oral interview, but in some cases there is also a written test.
The organisation of courses and the exam calendar are fixed autonomously by each Faculty. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the contact person for more detailed information. The student guide, consisting of a list and description of courses offered by each Faculty is published on the website of the University. You can ask information on timetables and course contents of each professor to the departments and to Deans’ Offices.

The University organizes free intensive Italian courses for Socrates/Erasmus students in both winter and summer semesters.

After you have filled in the forms and successfully registered you have to print the document (two pages) sign it, have it signed by the Departmental and Institutional Coordinators and send it us by ordinary mail or scanned by e-mail (NO FAX will be accepted) with a copy of the ID or passport
The teaching activity of all the Faculties is organised in semester courses: the courses held in the first semester begin in September/October and finish by the end of January, while courses held in the second semester begin in March and finish in June.
