Sabancı University has been introduced to Erasmus Program in 2003-2004 Academic year as one of the 15 pilot universities selected jointly by the Turkish National Agency and the European Commission. During the pilot period, the University coordinated student exchanges successfully with its partner, Aarhus University in Denmark.
Sabancı University’s credit and grade system has been adapted to the ECTS
ECTS credits at Sabancı University are calculated based on student workload. All contact hours, recitations, laboratory work and self-study are included in this calculation. Through the use of student course evaluations the workloads are updated regularly.
