Results: Erasmus+ KA107 (Non-European Countries) Staff Mobility

Thank you for your interest in the 2019-1-TR01-KA107-072249 Erasmus+ ICM Staff Mobility.

The applications were evaluated by our Exchange Committee. Based on available grants and scoring method, the following candidates in the following links will be funded.

Actual Status:

In accordance with the decision announced by Higher Education Council (YÖK) dated March 13, 2020 and Turkish National Agency's administrative measures taken for Covid- 19 outbreak, all academic exchange programs (including planned mobility) were suspended until a second announcement. It is not clear which periods the decision will cover.

Nomination:  Your nominations to the partner universities will be completed and you will be receiving an email about admission procedures of the partner university. Partners will evaluate the nomination and give final decision regarding your acceptance.

Start of the Mobility: Please note that mobilities can start when the suspension of National Agency is lifted. Candidates and partners are expected to discuss mobility dates depending on the convenience of both sides. The mobility activity should be completed no later than 31.07.2022


Expenses: Due to the uncertainty caused by the pandemic, we strongly recommend not to spend irrevocable expenses (flight ticket, accommodation, visa, etc.) until the participation is finalized.
In the event that administrative measures or travel restrictions  are not lifted  (see actual status) postponement/cancellation of the mobility activities will not be considered within the scope of force majeure and the expenses for the mobility will not be covered by Sabancı University.



Staff who make an objection for the results should send an e-mail to no later than June 3rd, 2020 (17:00). Objections sent after this date will not be evaluated.
