What types of dorm rooms are available? +

We offer 3-person or 4-person ensuite rooms and 2-person ensuite rooms on campus. Click here to learn more about our accommodation options.

How can I apply for on-campus accommodation? +

You can apply for on-campus accommodation by completing the online application during the designated application period. Details regarding the application process and deadlines will be shared via email.

Are there options for off-campus housing nearby? +

Yes, there are various off-campus housing options available near the campus, including apartments and shared housing. While the university does not manage off-campus accommodations, you can explore options through local real estate agents or online platforms.

Is there housing priority for international students? +

Yes, international students are given priority for on-campus housing. All admitted international students are guaranteed a dorm room. Whether or not you have a dormitory scholarship, you will have priority to stay safely in Sabancı University’s comfortable and high-quality dormitories.

Where can I find visual materials (photos and videos) about the dormitory? +

What are the dorm fees?+

Dorm Fees are generally announced during spring semester for the upcoming fall term. So please contact us. See the Dorm Fees.

What is included in the dormitory fee?+

The dormitory fee includes accommodation, utilities (electricity, water, and heating), internet access, basic furniture, laundry services, room cleaning, a desk phone in the room, and a storage area.

Does dormitory fees cover meals, too? +

No, dormitory fees do not include meals.

Do I have to apply for a dorm even if I have a dorm scholarship?+

Yes, all students wishing to stay in on-campus housing must complete their applications online during the designated application period. Applications are typically open during the summer, and students will be informed about this process via email.

Is there a curfew for students staying in the dormitories?+

No, there is no curfew for students living in the dormitories. However, students are expected to follow university regulations and respect quiet hours to ensure a conducive living environment for all.

Can I change my dorm room after arriving on campus?+

Room changes are subject to availability. If you wish to change your room, you need to contact the housing office, and they will assist you based on availability and your preferences.

Are there shared and private bathrooms in the dormitories?+

Dormitories offer en-suite bathrooms in all rooms.
