2024 - STUDENTS' ACCESS TO DORMITORY ROOF STORAGE

 

The terms of use of dormitory roof storage in 2024 will be as follows:

 

Dates the Storage Will Be Open

Times the Storage Will Be Open

 

Between 09:00 and 12:00;

A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, B8, B9, B12

 

Between 13:00 and 16:40;

B1, B2, B3 (D1A), B4, B5 (D1B),

B6, B7, B10, B11, B13

 

 

Storage Terms of Use:

Students can only leave their belongings in the storage room of the dormitory building in which they are registered.

Apart from the specified dates and times, dormitory roof storage will not be opened, goods will not be delivered or received, and access will not be provided.

It is mandatory to fill out the “Dormitory Storage Belongings Delivery Form" during the delivery of items. Without this form, items will not be received or left at the dormitory roof storage.

It is mandatory to show a Sabancı University ID when delivering and receiving items.

Belongings left without permission and without filling out the "Dormitory Storage Belongings Delivery Form" will be immediately treated as waste.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All items left at Dormitory Roof Storage must be taken no later than November 2, 2024 (Saturday). All items not taken by this date will be considered as waste.

 

The maximum number of items that will be accepted for each student is;

-  2 (two) pieces: Box / Suitcase / Bag           

-  1 (one) piece: Mini Refrigerator – empty and clean

-  1 (one) piece: Single or Double Sofa – undamaged and in one piece

No other type of items or materials will be accepted.

Support can be received for the transportation of items for a fee.

Box / Suitcase / Bag Transportation Fee: 150 TL

Mini Refrigerator Transportation Fee: 300 TL

Single or Double Sofa Transportation Fee: 300 TL

Payments will be made with bank cards and cash will not be accepted.
