In today's world, where competition, change, and globalization are strongly felt, a management  program should undoubtedly be designed around the axis of change and development in line with the rapidly changing conditions. This has been the core principle in the design of Sabancı University's Management program: an international, transformative, organic undergraduate program built upon fundamental management skills. We have established a platform that incorporates theoretical subjects such as economics and game theory alongside the essential business, information, and skill sets needed by all managers, including presentation and report preparation, and effective use of electronic spreadsheet programs.

In many of our courses, we encourage students to prepare presentations and engage in group work to enhance their collaborative skills. We have designed our program to be flexible and open to innovation. By keeping our compulsory courses to a minimum, we provide our students with the freedom to choose from a wide range of courses under the umbrella of management sciences, without confining them to a single field or discipline. Not only have we expanded this choice to management science courses, but we have also kept the elective course groups large enough for students to select according to their individual interests.

Moreover, we continually aim to keep our program up-to-date by offering courses on diverse topics and emerging fields. We have enriched our program with an international perspective by including foreign language courses, apart from English, in the list of elective courses to encourage additional language learning. We actively encourage our students to participate in Erasmus+ / exchange programs, motivating them to take courses abroad. We are paving the way for them to prepare for today's increasingly globalized world like never before
