The proliferation of media-based communication devices, which seem to have a strong foundation in visuality, has led to the acceleration and widespread integration of visual elements into all aspects of our lives, especially in the last twenty to thirty years. Therefore, the mission of the Visual Arts and Communication Design (VACD) program is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of visuality, visual arts, and visual communication design practices. Moreover, our goal extends beyond mere comprehension and application of visual fields; our curriculum is intertwined with various building blocks that involve creative works such as sound design, new media products, and temporal pieces, among others.
